How to reach us, and how fast we answer
WhatsApp is fastest, the form below is fine, and if you have not heard from us within 48 hours something has gone wrong with the email rather than with your enquiry.

Island time is GMT+7. If you are in Europe, a message sent at the end of your working day is answered before you wake up; if you are in North America, expect the reply the following morning your time.
We do not use an automated first response. If you get an answer, a person wrote it.
What to put in your first message
Four lines is enough for a real quote rather than a brochure. The more of these you can give us, the more useful the reply.
- The dates you are on the island, or roughly when if they are not fixed
- How many of you, and the ages of any children — it changes which boat we use
- Where you are staying, if you have booked — it sets the pick-up times
- One line on what would make the trip worth it for you
If you would rather just ask a question, ask it. We answer questions from people who never book, because that is what a useful website looks like from the inside.
While you are on the island
Every booking comes with a WhatsApp number answered by someone who lives on Phu Quoc, from the day you arrive to the day you leave. It is not a call centre and it is not a bot. If a pick-up is late, if a child is unwell, if you want to change tomorrow — that is the number.
Our account details do not change and we never send them from a free email address. If you receive a message appearing to be from us that changes payment details, it is not from us. Call before you transfer anything.
Questions travellers ask most
What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp, during island hours, which are 08:00 to 20:00 at GMT+7. Under two hours is typical. The enquiry form and email both reach the same people and take up to a working day.
Do you have an office we can visit?
We are on the island and we are happy to meet, but we would rather do it over a coffee near where you are staying than have you drive to us. Say when and where in your message.
Can you help if we have not booked with you?
With a question, yes, within reason. We answer questions about ferry times, park permits and whether a beach is worth the drive from people who never book anything, and it costs us very little.
What if we need you urgently while travelling?
Use the WhatsApp number issued with your booking, which is monitored outside office hours for guests currently on the island. For a genuine emergency, call the local emergency services first and then us.

Dates, party size and the places you care about are enough to start. You get a draft route and an indicative price, not a brochure.
